Bring lunch for the first week. Trust me.

Make sure you take your scheldule with you or memorize it

Prepare to be organized. Have folders for each class and a notebook to match. 5-subjects are good.

The teachers understand that you are just a new person so they'll be nice.

It's not like those t.v shows where locker break are like 10 minutes and you can chat with your friends for the whole time. Unless you're fast with the locks and ready, then you have about 3 mins.

Also, learn the way of the lock. Most locks is 3 turns to the left to first number, then one turn from the first number to the left, then second number, then go to thrid number to the right.

im goin in to 8th this year and heres some tips for you bout bein a 6th grader, lol

1. there are no elevator passes and theres not a ******* pool on the roof so dont buy that kinda ****

2. always stay at least 20 feet away from a teacher or prensible when your not in class

3. sit in the back and sleep!!

4. dont pimp out your locker cuz thats ******* g*y as h**l!

5. dances suck!!

6. if you do go to a dance spike the punch!!!

i started ms last year wen i went 2 6th grade and i loved it. be ready for:

drama

homework-its gonna start out light, become really heavy in the middle, and the become light again at the end

lockers-if you dont already know how to open a lock start practicing with any lock as long as it has a dial

tiresome days-middle school requires a lot of energy from changing classes to joining sports and extra curriculur activities

mean teachers-not all middle school teachers are nice. they're expecting a lot more from you now and you have to become self dependent, dont rely on your teacher too much. and also dont judge teachers until about the first month of school. they're not always who you think they are.

more freedom- in ms ur given more freedom. USE IT CAREFULLY! ur parents wont always check your homework and about half of the teachers dont require tests, reports, or other grades to be signed. remember that your grades will show up on your interm report or report card.

different friends- in ms and a lot more so in hs we hav "bftfs" or best friends 'til friday. dont worry if u nd a friend get into a fight, chances are u'll make up with in a class or two :). also dont expect ur elementary school friends to always be with you in ms. people and situations change and u hav 2 move on and accept it.

thats all i can tell u... nothing can prepare u for ur middle school experience. it fun, scary, exciting, and CrAzY!
