satyam is good company. its a MNC

take the GATE and go for MTech. you will get a much better job then. Satyam is decent enuf but since u will be just out of college, the responsibilities will be low. Always prefer MTech to job after BTech

satyam is no doubt a good company but this time it industry is not going well,so 1st opt for MTECH then join the industry...
