  1. Sounds like you are on the right path! Throw in a few days of weights to help boost your loss. Good luck!

  2. it sounds like your doing fine keep up the good work and you will as thin as me

  3. trust me...i was 152 lbs in aug 2006...now i am 120 lbs...i cut half of what i used to eat...sacrificed all those food i love lyk sodas, chocolates, icecreams, etc....remove all the carbs from your diet...and work out as much as possible...continue working out till u think u'll die...doe exercise everyday....eat plenty of water...eat more vegetables, salads, etc..build a self-control over food....u'll lose those extra pounds like that!

  5. That's only about a pound a week; that should be no problem, especially if you exercise daily.

I assume you meant 1,200 calories per day, not 1200 kcal (a kcal is 1,000 calories, so that would be 1.2 million! 8-)

  7. just make sure all your calories are from fruits veggies and lean meat. for protein use peanut butter, skinless chicken and yogurt or beans. do NOT visit any vending machine. if you like coffee, cut down on that and if you like soda drink seltzer mixed with juice, its delicious. also chew lots of gum and keep your mind busy and off of food. a little more exercise could help too.

    good luck!!!

  8. You will do great!  Make sure those 1200 calories are "good" ones, too, balanced.

Weight watchers is great if you need extra help, but it sounds as if you are on the right track, and I think you will lose the 20 and more by the holidays.  Make your program one for life, not just to stop later on.  In other words, don't suffer now only to slip off it later (my old problem).
