Yes , I know how you feel !  I have also felt a heaviness for this last few days ...can't explain it !

I am choosing now to focus my thoughts on the blessings that are in my life instead of dwelling on the negatives that seem to be pressing in on all sides !

Blessings like my family , my friends , my health .....feel better already !
