Hey can someone help me, i wanna be better??

im like six foot and i ran a 5.1 on a 40 , i know ive ran much faster than that in games at school but i wood like to be able to keep it more constistant, i can probably run 4.7 cause my friend can and i just barely outran him in a game , what exercises should i do, PLEASE HELP!!!!!

  1. well if you wanna get faster than do leg exercises like stairs and squats then jog everyday as well

  4. If you have the money try running with an open parachute on your back. It will build the muscles in your legs very quickly.

  5. The Taco is rite... also make sure 2 stretch and MOST imprortant learn the PROPER STARTING position to running a 40... look it up.. it shaved like . 3 seconds off my 40...

The parachute answer is correct for building speed.  If you don't have access to one or can't afford to buy one, you can somewhat replicate the effect by tying a piece of rope around a weightlifting plate of the appropriate weight (according to what you can handle) and the other end around your waist.  Run sprints while dragging this behind you and it will provide more resistance and increase your speed.
