well you see there is a really mean girl she like picking on me and knows how to get under my skin i have no back bone im just have a too kind heart to do anything alot of people just pick on me knowing i wont do someting and i just about had it with this one girl she keeps prank calling me saying cuz im asain did you order fourtune cookies and then i say no and then she goes you owe me monety BIT*** and then i say i know its you and the n she went o and said bye BIT*** i cant telll my parent or the school beacause well you see she has a gang whose not fraid to beat you up. i mean i really need some tips to confront her unfourtunley i cant use cuss words becuz i know thier wrong and im ver respctful of my dads rules its very hard dealing with her cuz she can bite your back real hard i mean she knows what to say when to say it well i dont want to end up like a baby and get laughed at fro some reason i dont know why people pick on me i mean im nice and have a great heart and when thier in pain ill be the first one to help them becuz i can not see one in pain plz help me and thanks!

you didn't mention the ages of these people.  possible they are just immature.  just remember, small minds are easily amused.  this too shall pass.  be nice but do not tolerate poor behavior.  tell someone.  someone that can maybe help you.  just try.  you'll be glad you did.
