Haha! I've seen that video. I was greatly shocked and amused. African Grey Parrots are very smart and TALKATIVE! :D

Training for about an hour or two daily should be enough. I don't think any more time should be used, otherwise the parrot will be bored! All it takes is time, practice, and patience.

And she probably had that bird since it was at a very young age! It's just so amazing.
