Question

Put together voice recording on top of instrumentals?

That can help me properly mix and insert sound clips on an isntrumental?

And if possible can it also be an easy to use one?

The easiest one to use that is able to do what youre after is Audacity. It is also freeware. I'll link it in sources.

The most common and used in recording studios is Cubase & Protools. You'll find that Audacity is the most user friendly of the lot. Once you've familiarized yourself with Audacity, I'd recommend using Cubase, to improve quality and give you more effects to play around with.
