First off, be glad your school let's you wear short shorts. Secondly, seems like what most girls wore when I went to the JR. High.

i'm not trying to be mean, but the shorts are waaay too short for a seventh grader. the top looks very nice though. appropriate for your age. shoes? wear something comfortable. the rest seems ok.

its cute for a day out with the girls... but the top isnt exactly dress code appropriate... cover yourself up a little.

The shorts are cute but  with that top, its showing too much skin.

I would wear the shorts with a cute tee(see link at end) OR the tank with areo jeans.

If you go with a tee and shorts, I would wear cute sneakers like keds or converse.  If you go with the top and jeans, flip flops (see link at end).  

You should wear your hair down or with a white ribbon.  The jewelry sounds good.
