i have the diploma from belford but i don't knoiw if the college will aprove my diploma

I am not familiar with that particular school, but homeschoolers go to college with transcripts and diplomas issued by their parents.  

The college will look at your SAT or ACT scores, your transcripts, and possibly your application essays, they rarely ask to see the diploma or care if its accredited or not.  

As far as legal, in most states the law doesn't really address who may and who may not issue diplomas.

You might want to brush up on spelling, capitalization, and punctuation before applying to college.  If you haven't taken the SAT or ACT test yet, get a book designed to prepare you for the test and work through the book before taking it.
