  1. you can bring anything to airplanes except explosives for common sense. Also you can bring wifi stuff like cell phones internet etc but they must be turned off during the flight so it doesnt interact with the planes radar

  2. You can bring your cell but it has to be turned off during flight. No liquid of any kind. And speaking from personal experience, NO JOKING at all about BOMB's. I was kicked off a plane in Dallas because the guy next to me jokingly said Bomb. Being interrogated is not fun.

  3. Cell phone: Yes. It just has to go through the X-ray at security.

Snack: Yes. And it goes through the X-ray.

Water: No. That is, you can't bring it through security. But you can buy a bottle of water (or juice, or Mountain Dew, whatever, once you are through security and carry it on th plane. (Or bring a water bottle from home EMPTY and fill it once through security.)

Any liquids or gels (shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) are limited to containers no larger than 3.4 ounces (again, that's not 3 ounces in a 4 ounce container, it's the container size that's limited) and all must be placed in ONE 1 quart clear plastic resealable bag which you remove from your carryon and send  through the X-ray by itself.

By the way, plan on taking your shoes off and sending them, yep, through the X-ray.
