  1. They dont sell the previous gen of iPhone anymore, if you want  a previous gen iPhone, one word, eBay


  2. They are discontinued.   They won't be released under Apple or AT&T in the future. Unless it is a refurbished version of it.

    However, you can always buy them online from Craigslist, eBay, etc.
