Hey expert! i forgot myspace

hey expert! i forgot myspace password....plus the sbc co email i no longer have under the myspace email i logged on to...what can i do? to recover the password ...yes im still able to log on with the sbcglobal.net email when i had my password! :) please help! i have two email two myspace but the one i want to recover is under [e-mail] ........and send me info to [e-mail] ....thanks:)
