Hey fishermen!?

Question

I got some hooks. Sizes 4,6and 8

which size do I use to hook a trout. also what kind of bait do I use? I am going to a mountian out west and we are going to eat our fish we catch so I have to catch some! also(last one I promise) how long are fish you have to throw back?

I would use the smaller of the sizes you have the size 8 you can use small marsh mellows,wigglers,waxworms or any larve from the waters fishing in as bait!

For best trout fishing use a fly rod. Loads of fun. If you are planning to fish for trout you should know the daily bag limit is 4 and possession limit is 8. There is also a non- residential permit you will have to purchase.In Colorado it is about $5.25 daily or a 5 day license for $18.25. I have enjoyed many fishing trips into Colorado, and this rule applies for all  streams and rivers west of the Continental Divide. Once your trip is over you'll either love fishing forever or hate it. I hope you are one that it has a lasting good first impression.
