3 days is serious for a drought??  where are you?  what drought are you asking about?

Water restrictions are a good idea -- we don't need to waste this precious resource on our pristine lawns or shiny cars when we're having a hard time getting enough of it out here in the arid west.  And worldwide clean water is becoming very scarce.  We need to conserve.

I can see it is necessary and it is bad in NC. I have horses and the price of hay is up from 1.50 to 7-12.00 dollars. We were very lucky to find some at $5.00  last month , but we had to go SC to get it  four hours away.  Some have to by it from California or Wisconsin . You can by horse's dirt cheap. You better fill your freezer up . The farmers had to use up there winter hay this summer and now have to sell there cattle cause they have no hay for the winter. Meat will be up high next spring because of the shortage.
