Hey guys,all my fingers get numb and tingly after I play sports. What's causing that?

This ONLY happens when I've played 2-3 hours of intense sports(basketball or football).

  1. It could be a sign of a pinched nerve. If it continues you should check it out with a doctor, orthopaedic doctor.
