Hey guys,do is there any good company who are not looking for the graduates but the experience?

i am not a graduate but having experience of more than 7years anybody knows the company who is looking for the experience not the graduation knowing five languages English,Hindi,Tamil,Marathi and Malayalam

there are many companies who are not looking for the graduates but the experience a good example is the international call center industry which looks for 10th pass and experience. you could also register urself at monster.com and get the jobs as you want.

My question to you is what kind of field do you have your expierence in.

I have been to school but I don't have the expierence and I can't get hired dispite the fact that I have been in management for the last 17 years and 26 years of working with the public.
