Hey guys !
I have (or my wife has) A KENMORE whispertone 116. When my wife is cleaning with it it will suddenly stops.She then wiggles/pulls on the cord and it starts again and the stops.I pulled the cord all the way out and it is fine.So its inside.I dont relish the thought of playing with that reel but thats probably where the problem is (you think ??)
My first challenge is how to seperate thw tp and bottem half peices???
