No, it doesn't. I've had mine since launch and it's never had a problem. Also it doesn't get really hot, but if you're worried about heat get a cooler for like $10

yes it rilly does, this can easly be fixed by buying a cooling station its about 30$ also dont stand it up lay it flat. this will make it so your ***** will not scratch.

not really. well my 360 had freezing problems. but thats because it was first stalk.. after i shied it to microsoft for repairs. its all good. they fixed the problems already. wlel most of them. but your covered for the red ring of death for 3 years. also you get a 1 year warrenty for anything that happens to it for free. it comes with it from microsoft.
