Hey guys im going to take my permit and i have a couple questions!!?

Question

Spee limit signs

a) represent the maximum for ideal driving conditions

b)represent the suggested speed for the road or highway

c)represent the maximum speed for all driving conditions

d)may be disregarded if the traffic flow is faster.

The answer is a but why isnt it b c d ???

b because they suggest that you can go faster than the speed limit

c because if it is snowing or raining you want to go slower than the speed limit to help you slow down in case of an emergency

d because if you are going with the flow of traffic you can still get a speeding ticket
