I'm shy so yeah it would be cool if a girl made the first move.

Also I don't really know what the signs are if a girl is into me.

Depends if the guy is shy or forward, might be easier for the girl to do it. Sometimes a guy can tell if you like him, other times they maybe can or can't and it gets really really really really really really really annoying lol
