Set the goal first. Goal should be ur intrested area only. Point out the ways to achieve ur goal. Read the earlier succeeded persons suggessions/experiences to get the correct way. Very important quality is u should have killer instinct. Remember "Arise, Awake! And stop not until the goal is reached."...all the best..
