Hey how do I build the outer shell of the motorcycle?

i want to make my own design of bikes but i do not know how to build the shell of a bike i want my own design.so how do u modified or build the outer layer of a bike?can anyone teach me how to?thanks

If you mean the fairing like is used on a sport bike or touring bike, they are made of fiberglass.  The process for manufacturing fairings was barrowed from other industries.  Build a mold, form the fiberglass/resin into the mold.  After it hardens, remove, cut, fit and sand for painting.  Only experienced coach builders, boat builders, mold makers, etc.. usually do this kind of work.  

The other way is to start with a wire mesh model/armature of the fairing and apply the resin and glass to the mesh.  Then sand finish for paint.   I have a friend who has some one-off car bodies this way where weight was not a critical as on a bike.

wire mesh and fiberglass.... and then bondo, allot of sanding, more bondo....more sanding... prime and paint.... and wal la!
