Hey how do I wire 2 dual coil 4 ohm Infinity 1252w subs up @ 2ohm or 4ohm??

My amp is a dual channel 1000w earthquake ph1000w/2 which runs bridged 1x500w @ 4 ohm

bridged 2x250 @ 2 ohm

the rms of each sum is 300w

i want to hook both subs up, but which is the best way?

  1. You need a fuse box. one side will have one hole and the other 2 holes. run the main ower supplt out the one hole and cut power wire long enough to reach both amps and run one wire out one hole and the other out the other hole. looks like a Y with 2 fuses in the middle. splice your ground and run another from the main one or just find an extra ground. splice your remote wire and connect one from it. looks like you have 2 grounds ending and 2 remote endings. now hook it up like normal. ground power remote to one amp, ground power remote to second amp. email me at demrims@bellsouth.net if this is not clear...
