  1. that should work..

    dancing is really good excercise

  2. I'm not familiar with the weight system you are using... but anyways, keep doing what you're doing.

Also, drink green tea, because it boosts your metabolism and makes you burn calories faster.

Also, drink loads and loads of water.  This is so important in both weight loss and overall health.  I try to drink tons of water every day because it flushes out your system and helps you to lose weight, and if you drink water before you eat, you'll feel fuller and eat less.

Also, diet is important.  If you aren't prepared to cut back on the amount of food you eat every day, then start adding healthier things that will fill you up before you get a chance to eat junk.  Fruit, vegetables, mmm... my favourite way to eat fruits and vegetables is in a tasty salad or a fruit smoothie with a banana, berries, skim milk, yogurt, and ice.

That is certain to fill you up.

Dance is really good exercise, and that should help.

Another way to boost your metabolism is by building muscle.  The more muscle mass you have, the more calories you will burn.  You don't have to be super buff, but I would say even lifting a couple of arm weights daily would even help, or doing a few squats or lunges.  You could fit all of that in 10 mins a day, and it would help in the long run.  You can reasonably meet your goal in 6 months if you really REALLY want it, and put your mind to it.

    Good luck!
