Hi I am 14 years old and trying to lose some weight. I am a guy. I am 5'5.5-5'6 and I am 147 lbs. That bmi is 23.7 I think. I don't want to get such a low bmi because I have thick bones (Don't say I'm not! My dad's side and I have thicker bones). I am also muscular because I lift weights sometimes and I have to be to maneuver my 35 lb bmx bike. I am very active bmxing and stuff but that just keeps me the same weight. I eat a lot at night too. I want a low body fat percent so probably will get that at like 21 bmi I am currently 147 lbs and 23.7 BMI. Ok now this is my plan. I will be riding my cycling bike 40 miles a day every day. I will be averaging 15-20 miles an hour. How long do you think it would take to lose 12-17 lbs? And don't say I'm over doing my self. I did a back to back 100 mile ride once without trouble just got a bit boring lol. Ok well thanks!
