  1. The best thing i can tell you is to drink water. I didnt believe and i started to drink over 2 liters a day of water and i stopped eating breads, sugars, flours, and sweets and the results were astonishing. You lose weight, are a happier person, more self accepting, and have glowing skin. I barely use any make up now at all. if you dont feel that this is possible in your lifestyle, talk to you doctor about getting a prescription for your blemishes, which works also. But, you can get blend alot of natural face creams that work if you arent allergic to them...lol. http://www.beautyden.com/beautyrecipes.s...

  2. water;))

    also exofilate

i told this 2 my girlfirend

    && she looks like aishwarya:D

  3. Well, I do use a couple store bought products, but they worked wonders.  One is an acne-mark fading peel by Neutrogena, even if you don't have acne marks it makes your face look really even and nice.  The smell is really bad at first, but you do get used to it.  I also like to put Vitamin E on my face it helps all sorts of things.  I use peel off masks, you can make those at home.  You can use aspirin, oatmeal, honey, and a whole lot of other household items to make them...most of all I do suggest the Vitamin E, it's amazing for skin all over your body, it gets rid of stretch marks, uneven skin tones, it's just amazing!

  4. I'm not saying you look ugly but proactive if its breaking out i use that

  5. Okay well first off, always wash all of your makeup off at night before you go to bed. Doing that will not only cleanse your skin but it will make your eyelashes, eyebrows, lips and skin smooth for the next morning's makeup routine. Be sure to do that with a pH balanced gentle face wash.

The next step into having soft, luxurious skin is to eat and drink healthy. Drink lots of water and always make sure to eat lots of fruit and veggies so it will make your skin smooth. It will also prevent future breakouts and blemishes.

If you have oily skin and suffer from spots or pimples it would be a good idea to wipe your skin with a mild toner. The natural protective covering fights off all the germs and bacteria.

Apply moisturizer after cleansing and toning. Just dab a little onto chin, forehead, nose and cheeks and rub it in gently until it disappears.

Another idea that will help is exfoliating your skin every couple of weeks. Buy an exfoliating scrub to get rid of dead skin cells that might be waiting around to block up those pores. To make an exfoliating scrub, buy ground up chick peas, drain them from a can, wash them up, rub onto skin and rinse. It feels so refreshing.

Well, those are all the the tips that should help you. I hope that helped. Sorry it was so long *laugh out loud*. Just wanted your skin to be clean like you wanted. Good Luck!

  6. If your skin is spotty go get a benzoyl peroxide treatment and apply it to spots. i use a $7 drugstore brand, spectro. be sure to wear sunscreen in the daytime. this will protect your skin. A SUN CREAM IS A MUST!

you probably already have a cleanse, toner, and moisturiser at your house. use them to your best advantage! focus on a consistent routine. this has really helped my skin. i use shiseido or clinique skincare regime. a little bit expensive, but another good line is dove or neutrogena.

    TRY THESE MASKS:

DRY SKIN: AVOCADO AND SOME SORT OF OIL (OLIVE, ALMOND)

    ACNE PRONE: HONEY

    BIG-PORE: STRAWBERRY

    PICK-ME-UP: COFFEE

and don't forget to exfoliate! get a for all skin types scrub, doesn't have to be expensive. this rids your complexion of dead skin cells.

keep your body hydrated by drinking water.
