I think you maybe didn't get any answers because no one knows what any of those initials stands for. B.D.S? ICRI? etc? What country are you in?

What I can say is that yes, clinical research exists for dentistry, too. Of course it does, because there's always a need for better dental techniques, better materials to use for fillings and crowns, better drugs for dental infections and for anesthesias.
