  1. You are on the waiting list.


  2. RLWL means Remote Location Wait List so since your ticket reads  "No RLWL"  that  should mean that so you are NOT on the wait list as long as your ticket has CONFIRMED on it.

  3. On some long distance trains a few seats are set aside for intermediate stations (Remote Locations). For example, in Trivendrum Rajdhani (Delhi --> Trivandrum) 10 seats are reserved for Panvel. This means 10 passengers from Panvel will get these seats on priority. From New Delhi, 10 passengers may be allotted these seats up to Panvel only.

    It is a facility provided to passengers booking seat from smaller en-route stations. It is likely that someone from Panvel may get a confirmed seat (or from New Delhi to Panvel) even if there is no seat available from New Delhi to Trivandrum.

    If you got RLWL/xx (say 15 or 20), then your chance of getting confirmed seat may be slim. However, it may be different for different trains.
