Hey i got some pearlscale goldfish problems i think they hace ich

They are covered in whit spots and are now floating on their backs!!! HELP... one of them has red cheecks like the are iritated and the others eyes are popping out! they seem like they are dying.... help

They have ich.  They need to be treated immediately.  The only way at this point you can save your fish is to remove them from your tank place them in a container that is large enough for them to swim with tank water mind you and place them in the frig.  Treat them in the frig with ich meds.  

Placing them in the frige will slow the ich parasite to almost a stop therefore not allowing the infestation time to harm them further.

Treat the water the same as you would in a tank.

Also, treat your tank.  When your fish have been cleared of ich they will be able to go back into a cleaned tank.

Oh sweet jeebus. So you have Ich, possibly a swim bladder problem, maybe septicemia, and popeye! Go to the pet store and buy Maracyn Two, make sure you get enough to complete the 5 day treatment. If it is septicemia it will help, but you definitely have a case of popeye!  Also get some Ich medication! If it is a swim bladder problem get some frozen peas, defrost and peel them and feed them to your fish. Gravel vac often, you need to get those sores that fall off the fish out of your tank so that it won't start the cycle again!
