yea and then send your ecu to hondata so they can make it so vtec kicks in earlier and you have a higher redline.

yes, your motor is just a large air pump. the faster you get air in and out the more efficient it will be. aka MORE POWER =]  headers will help alot with exhaust scavinging and will let you make power and hold that power band at high rpms
