Hey i have a friend that was in state custody from 9 to 18?

they put her in a half way house then let her go after that she married had a baby then had another then she kill the first one. mind you she had been on meds all this time. in cps. her husband took her to see someone that failedafter this happened in sued and won.we are wanting to know can she sue one of these agency mind you its been yrs ago

You have not presented enough of a case based on what you have said before. The state did not put her on medication, a doctor did based on the doctor's diagnosis of her condition.

Additionally, every state has statutes of limitations that limits the time she has to file a suit. Since it has been "years ago" that may be well past as well.

Not sure I understand your question. You wanna know if she can sue one of the agnecies she was in when she was under 18 because they kept her medicated? Who did her husband sue and win over?
