Hey i have lg 29' SDTV slim new model 29FD7RGE which i have bought some 8-9 months back..since its manual

does not tell how much screen resolution it can support..like it has component ..i actually wanted to play ps3 on it ...so whats its supported screen resolution..like 420p,720p,1080i or 1080p..i live in india...plz tell me its supported screen reso.

if it is a sdtv it can only support 480i. the componet is for digital. which is the best connection for standard def.
