Put some ice on it, immobilize it, and take some ibuprofen. Go to the doctor if you feel it's really bad.

Then take some time off from work and sit around for a week or two watching TV and eating buffalo wings.

go to the doctor. read a book. eat. watch tv. computer. as you are doing.

depending on how bad it is, you can take care of it yourself.

if it's minor, ice it, take some ibuprofen, and apply a shoulder spica with a compression wrap.

you can also apply a shoulder spica with an icebag if you don't want to sit  there and hold it.
