Hey i just got a new cam corder and i am recording the vds on the cameras HDD but i cannot get thm on my pc?

the cam corder make is Hitachi DZHS300E HDD/DVD Hybrid Camcorder.im useing the usb cable when i plug into the comp it just comes up with 2 folders DVD_RTAV and DVD_EXTN when i open them the onjects inside windows cannot open can anyone please tell me how to fix this =)

Are you accessing the camera with the supplied software?? Have you tried the Hitachi support site for your camera??
