Hey i just got my lip pierced a few days ago and...?

Question

it just randomly bleeds everynow and then not alot of blood but not exactly a lil bit either

its a lil below my lip in the middle

just wondering whats up

Your piercer probably nicked a blood vessel while piercing. It happens sometimes as everyone's anatomy is a little different. A little bit of bleeding for a week or so isn't a big deal. Just keep it clean, don't move the jewelry and it should stop soon. If it doesn't or you have problems with it, go back and see your piercer.

Mine did the same thing. It's usually just because the jewelery moves a little and disturbs the skin around it. It should stop in a week or two. Just keep it clean. Put some peroxide on it and push it in and out to get it into the piercing and don't play with it too much.

Oh and make sure to brush your teeth and use mouthwash. A lot of times it gets infected from your mouth not being clean.

I had the same piercing.  Remember they just stabbed a hole through there, it's going through the healing process. It's normal as long as there's not an extreme amount of puss.

you should be fine, just keep a check on it, i had my labret done too and it would sometimes do that at first
