Well, DHL used to offer free trips to accompany their bags. One person per plane, hand luggage only . I don't know whether they still do it. Contact them.

Go to your government and tell them there is a convention in London involving reusable energy sources and that if they pay for you to go you will bring back the knowledge and hopefully integrate it into a source of energy for India...or something like that
