You just have to look around and see what is available for that price.  Try craigslist, local classifieds and bike club web sites in the for sale section.

But you wont get much for that money and could quite possibly be buying trouble.  Maybe think about saving up a bit more before purchasing.

if you want a quality hassle free motor bike that wont cost you much to buy or run i would recommend a Honda xr200 or xr250 this is a awesome bike as i used to have one

Look around, you'll find a lot. I recently bought a 1994 cr250 for $1000.

You might be able to find a used 125 or 150 in that range if you are lucky, but unless you know what you are looking at make sure and take someone along to inspect it. A lot of people buy these and never do anything to take care of them at all. (Damage is not always a reason not to buy, but you at least need to know what needs repair and about how much it will cost) Do not forget the gear; at minimum you will also need a good helmet and boots - lots of foot fractures from not wearing riding boots since the bike has to crash every time you do.
