Well if you were on antibiotics, I'm presuming it's because you're sick.  The antibiotics themselves probably won't make your period late, but they can delay your ovulation, which would also delay your period.

i would say when your body is under stress(sick) tehn it can affect the regualrity of your period.

My question would be are you taking birth control pills and are you sexually active?

If you are taking BC pills then the antibiotics can effect them and thus you can get pregnant. In turn, the pregnancy making you late.

But if you are not taking the pill and are not sexually active then, yes they can alter your cycle.
