hi

i have a problem with sleeping @ night. I have watch about 5 Horror Movies but i haven't felt scared whilst watching them anyways and i did a quiji board about 2 weeks ago and my nan was sitting on the end of me bed about 3 mouths that's the reason why i did the quiji board and know i cant sleep as soon as i switch the lights off i picture things in my mind and then start seeing them and i cant switch the lights on because it ruins global warming and wasts electric

  1. Stop the horror movies and the ouiji board.  Calming thoughts 2 hours prior to bed and only calm and soothing tv programs before bed.  No caffeine or sugar 5-6 hours prior to bedtime.  Turn the lights off and have no sound disruption.  


  2. Did you close the gate after you decided to quit?  It will let all kinds of bad and good out at once.  If you didn't, you really need to talk to a paranormal expert.  They know that sort of thing.

  3. just 4 1 night stay up until u cant open your eyes then u will sleep better the next night and the 1 after tht i dont know y

  4. Turn the TV off when you go to bed & play Easy Insrumental music or tune in to a Easy Instumental music channel even if you don't like that sort of music. Works for me! Stay clear of horror movies & quiji boards for awhile. They only make things worse! Good Luck!

  6. Stop messing with the board turn on the light and get some sleep.

  7. Ok, you need to quit to horror movies just before bed, and that d**n board, think nice happy thoughts and you'll sleep just fine

  8. hiya go to supermarket and buy a pkt of  KALMS. they are really good and will send you to a peace full sleep.and most of all stop watching horror movies.bed is for sleep/s*x not watching tele.hope you find these kalms help you as they do me. xx
