flatland bikes are rather hard to fing complete already but try searching for frames most good flatland frames have bends in the down tube you will be able to tell good luck sorry i couldnt help more

the lightest i have seen (and this amazed me) was  8,9 kg / 19.621 lbs. the bike is a KHE Paris II Pro Bike which is a amazing bike.

the price is steep at £800 but im sure for that your getting a great bike.
