  1. im homeschooled, and its boring.

    highschool can be funnn

  2. get cyberschooled. they send you a computer and you just have school on it like regular classes. there are also teaches on there so your parents don't have to teach you.

  3. Well, as pointed out here, you have to decide if you're in school for FUN or for an education.

Most fun people tend to bomb out in college and tend to be goof-offs in the work place

You see them the girls making personal phone calls from their desk while you are doing work

The guys hitting up on the cute girls while you are doing work.

It used to really bug me at my Denist's office, for the girls working with him had their eyes glued to the soap opera on the TV set in the room and didn't even look away when he asked from something, they just passed it over.

That girl is making twice my salary and all she does all day long is watch AS THE WORLD TURNS

You can see how bugged she gets when she has to go get him some Pro Cal, which means she has to turn her back from the TV set and miss something.

Needless to say I found another dentist, one without TV sets.

One where the girls are actually looking at yo and him and are concentrating on being an assistant rather than keeping up with the TV show saga!

Homeschooling lets you pick your program and move as fast or slow as you need to

Brick schooling you live with their programm and have to take it at their speed.

    That's the basic difference.

In homeschool you can quaify to get into Stanford at age 16.

All it takes is hitting the books as hard as you can.

One girl in the secondary school forum was so upset because she'd finsiehd ALL her AP courses at 17 and the school wouldn't let her out early. She had to write an essay to explain why she should graduate early.

I mean she finished all her AP courses, what is she supposed to do spend 20 weeks in study hall!

Brick School makes you beg.  You beg to go potty, yo beg to graduate early, you beg to get into a class you want.

Oh and if you have too much fun they can put you in after school detension, because the staff isn't into fun.  They are into educating you!

Bricks school turns yu into Oliver

Please, sir, may I have some more!

Here's a current post from the Secondary School forum:

Fair punishment? I got 2 days detention this morning!?

I am a 10th grader (on lunch right now), and this morning in science, me and Jess were talking about what we were doing Friday and saturday, and the teacher got really pissed and yelled at us in front of the whole class, and sent us both to the office. The 10th grade principal gave us both 2 days after school detention from 2:45-4:15 for disrupting class. I think the teacher overreacted and was unfair in screaming and requesting for us to get 2 days detention just for talking, other kids do worse stuff and don't get detention, grr...... you guys think it was unfair?

That's what comes from FUN brick schools!

  4. omg, homeschooling is the best.......wear pjs all day, no homework, it is awesome!

  5. Go 4 it. I started homeschooling in 9th grade. My days in a public school were I say awful. Even though I was very popular in school it didn't matter much cause I just hated getting up early to catch the bus,etc........ I was convincing my parents to let me homeschool for several years. it was a decision all my own. My goal was to finish in 2 years and start getting my life together. I have a couple months left and I'm satisfied with what I chose. When I go see old friends at the school I would have been attending i just look around and half the class seems to have kids. I'm also glad i didnt go that route. But my parents dont have to teach me I just read on my own and its pretty easy. Your teacher just a phone call away. Its cool also that you dont have to go through a whole day sitting around bored. But if you want to do good through homeschool you really have to push yourself. Other than that its great. But if you do decide go with keystone.

  6. my somewhat-friend is home-schooled...she likes that a day of home-schooling is about 1/4 of a regular day of school, but since she's done so early, there's never anyone to hang out with cuz they're all still at school...she also complains about not being able to have the same experiences that me and my other friends have...she doesn't get to make friends with classmates...there aren't any dances...and she says that home-school is boring cuz there's no drama to keep it exciting...but, hey, if you REALLY want to be home-schooled...no one is standing in your way!!! lol

  7. Naku. Think about it muna sis. Interaction with others is a skill that we learn in school as well. It's part of the package. Wherever did you get this idea?

  8. its not fun, you might think it is, but its not.. no one to talk to...no sub. .....no lockers, idk if you care but, your going to miss school...unless your a loser and have no friends then home school is best for you.

  9. DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT GET HOMESCHOOLED!

I am Homeschool It is boring  IT is no fun I have No Interactive skills i suck at math and that would have never happend ... If i was in school U only got what  3 year left .. you can handle that and plus.... ur not in the HOUSE all day.. just dont get homeschool and... i like the Cartman one  just watch south Park  Ull understand hahah

  10. If you are a self-motivated student who enjoys reading for fun and has an inquisitive mind then go for it. Otherwise, stay in high school. If you go to public, there should be free help to get you through. (Private may ask for you to pay for needed tutoring. Why are you worried about HS anyways?

  11. cartman was home schooled look what happened to him...
