Hey i want to build a little clubhouse thing so i can throw a party and have a place to hang?

if anyone can help with like prices to wood or maybe tips to build it or anything u think would help thanks guys

Now is a perfect time to build it with lumber prices as low as they are as a matter of fact, all building material is off. I built a 20 foot wall with double headers framed around a window and a plate bourd for $115. First you need to decide what the foundation is going to be, concrete, raised, on stilts or what. Then design your walls including doors and windows. You will have double studs at the corners and around window and door openings. You will then design your trusses, make notes as to how many 2x4,s you will need, consider 16" centers or 24"centers. Then you will have to measure and decide how many sheets of siding and sheeting for the roof, add that to your list. Roof covering is also considered and added to your list. Windows and doors, trim, paint and floor covering as well. Take your list to Home Depot and price the items and add them up, add $100 for nails, screws , and misc. items, and you will have a good estimate.

Do you have a spare $ 5,000. hanging around that you can spend to get a hut ? Are your friends worth that investment ? Look into the prebuilts available at Home Depot, Loews, and lumber yards.
