There are many "Punjabi Dhabas/Restaurants" in Bangalore but  99 out 100 will disappoint you if you are looking for genuine punjabi tadka taste.

Nandhini is best. They server punjabi dishes too. One another restaurant is there near Intel campus on outer ring road. I don't remember its name but its on the opposite side of Intel, around 100 mtrs from it towards Marathalli.

As far as I know,Nadhini is an Andhra restaurant and serves exactly the same(Have been in Bangalore for say last 30 years....and have eaten there a number of times)......Though Nandini does serve North Indian food..it can hardly qualify as punjabi restaurant

If you want punjabi you can try Jamvaar(@Leela),Northern Gate(@Taj) or Tandoor(@MG)..Though these are deluxe restaurants and will hurt your pocket ...

Chandni Chowk(@Kormanagala) or Treat Restaurant(@Indiranagar) might be a good choice for average budget..
