if u still have ur webkinz code with one of ur pets then u click on forgot password. then type in the webkinz code and they will give u a new password, which then the hackers cant get on cuz they dont know ur new password..its as simple as that.

Change your password or contact webkinz, they have a phone number on the back of there tags.

change your password if you can, or e-mail ganz.  they should give you a phone number in which to contact someone

Change your password. Make sure it is a hard one. Ex. sNak393. I subsituted the e for the number 3.Then contact ganz that you were hacked. They should give you your items back. One time I had and item stuck in my room and when I contacted Ganz they got it out for me. Hope I helped. Add me to your friends list Alliy123.
