Hey im 14 and would it have any extreme bad effects if i take 2 advil pms every i dont know once a week?

im 5 8, 140 lbs. i dont really have a sore or anything accept it takes me like half an hour to an hour to go to sleep most of the time.

I don't think it's bad, just go to bed earlier than you usually do... say about 9:30 or 10:00. I know that sounds childish, but if you don't go to bed early, you'll be groggy the next day -- all day. That would be the only bad effect I know about. Or if you take too many...

I take them sometimes on school nights so that I won't be tired while I'm trying to pay attention during class. HIH!

Before resorting to more pills, why don't you try a hot bath or reading before bed.  Anything that relaxes you will help you be more ready to go to sleep.  Also, if you drink caffeine, stop it.  It may not seem to affect you when you drink it, but it can have longer lasting effects.

At 14 you may become dependent on the antihistamine to get to sleep.

If you get used to taking them and become tolerant to the sleeping effect, you will wind-up having to take something stronger.

Take as few as possible.
