Hey im 16, 6-2, ~190-200 lbs depending on the time of day( after workout/meal). I currently play 4/5 on my?

highschool ball team, but i wanna play university so i have to work my way up to atleased 3 because of my height. can anyone give me tips to improve agility, handling and finishing? my shot is pretty good, if inconsistant. plenty of arc, sometimes to much for my own good. THANKS!!

  1. Hmm, I really need to work on my finishing also, well what I would do is try and get stronger, because if you're weak, you won't be able to finish.

    If you're playing the 4-5, play around the basket, and try and knock down the close jumpshot. You'll really need alot of post moves..I don't know much about the 4-5..but all I can say is practice, practice, practice!


  2. specialize........im 6'6 with my amare's on so hopefully i can play 4/5 in a college level, at 6'2 u should definitley lose like 20 lbs im 270 trying to lose weight now.....

    -look up detox diets run that for like 2 weeks( just eat natural foods......

    -exercise hard.....

    -stretch at least a half hour a day( I got an ebook if you want it been using it an grew 2 inches since may!(fixes any spine slouching and it like.... Exposes hidden height

    -take like100 shots a day.....

    -do plyometrics....i have the vertical jump bible if you want it

    Either be a shooter/ attacker....especially at the 3

    Etc, balancded 3's aren't to... well I dunno but I can't think of a balanced sf besides tayshaun prince thats worth anything....lol
