  1. macoroni and cheese. hot dogs. chicken tenders. chicken noodle soup.

    little kids love simple food.

bake cookies, color, personally i was a big fan of "pretending" when i was little.

mother may i... hide and seek... watching movies. i baby sat for a four year old and a six year old and we did nothing but watch star wars for like 6 hours...

go outside and throw a ball... run around... anything to get out the energy.

  2. I have a 4 year old that LOVES hide & seek, red light/green light, Candy Land, play kick ball (just kicking the ball back and forth), tag.  Anything that's outdoors and lets him run around is good.  As for recipes, my boys like simple things...jelly sandwiches, macaroni & cheese, pizza, salad, grilled cheese sandwiches, Spaghetti O's.  4 year old boys are very rambunctious.  Make sure he gets a lot of activity!! :o)

  3. Macaroni and Cheese never fails!

Or if he wants to help you cook, then you should make homemade bagel pizzas!

All you need is a bagel, tomato sauce, cheese, and any toppings, throw it all on there and bake it for a few minutes at 350 degrees.

    Easy games are tic-tac-toe

or going outside and letting him ride his bike,

    color, PLAYDOUGH!

  4. easy recipes would be rice krispy treats and penaut butter and jelly sandwiches, mac and cheese out of the box, chef boyardee microwavables, some easy games would be animal charades (like you pretend to be a dog and he has to guess what you are), a simple puzzle, and "Simon says".

  5. Computer games work wonders (Disney, Noggin, PBS Kids, Sprout, Nick Jr.). Painting, drawing, finger painting, sidewalk chalk. Those brownies/muffins/cookies in a box are easy. Have him run through a sprinkler. Play catch outside. Bubbles. Race Hot Wheels cars. Hide and Seek. Make forts with blankets/sheets. Picnics outside or inside on the floor on a blanket.

  6. okay i babysit 4 year olds alot. they like easy games like hide-n-go-seek and tag and games like that. sometimes i make mini scavenger hunts and hide things around the house

  7. Grilled cheese is always a big hit, butter one side and place it butter side down in the pan, two slices of american cheese or cheese food on the bread, then when it starts melting, put the other piece butter side up on the cheese. After a few minutes flip and in another minute it will be done.

There are also the finger foods, carrots, zuchinni, cucumbers, vienna sausages, peanut butter and jelly, top ramen noodles.

Artwork is a great big hit, crayons, etc. Reading, big block legos, Chutes and ladders, candy land,

Here are a couple of printable games:

Hope this helps a bit! If I happen to think of anything else I'll be sure to put it down.

  8. Blocks, trucks, and action figures (as long as they dont have small pieces). You coud also color but I would watch the child very closely. Pop in a movie.

You could make mac and cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches, apple sauce, fruit, graham crackers.
