  1. USA has like 30,000,000 million or more people working illegaly, but the broken low still the same and keeps on growing, there's a lot of easy ways to find a job if you have friends so they can recomen you but if not try to work on a taxi as a driver depends what your skill is but don't be afraid of mexico if you are smart you will probably open a business and make good money, there's crime like any other country, but one thing you will be sorprise there's no racism no mather who your etnicity is, but becare full because if you don't look like hispanic, you can get robe by theves depend where will you be, there's lot's of reach areas dough, and regarding the school is almost free the public ones and privates are afforable if you make an income as a cab driver but have no family, there's very good college schools specialy in Mexico DF good luck

  2. Wow, first time I heard this, lol!

What kind of work do you want to do? Because most of the Mexicans come to the US to work, lol!

Usually they want to move to Canada or the USA, not the other way around!

Search online for the Mexican Consulate and they will have the paperworks you may need to fill out and etc.

  3. Probably easier to attend school here

  4. Best way is to get a job with a Canadian company that has operations in Mexico, im assuming you are a proffesional. that whay you will still get paid in dollars. if you dont have an advanced education, better stay in Canada, Mexico life is very hard for the unskilled.

  5. Hola!  I am a canadian (proud one too eh) and I live in Mexico.  You have a few options to work in Mexico.  First, you need to find a job.  What you can do, is come down on a regular tourist visa that is good for 180 days.  During that time, look for a job (don't just lay on the beach! lol)  Most companies that might hire you, will then start your FM3 application and they will sponsor you to live and work in Mexico.

School is pretty much the same.  The school you are going to will do the paperwork allowing you to stay there on a student visa.

It is really really difficult to do this without sponsorship.  As far as a job goes, mexico really wants to give all their jobs to mexicans, not foreigners.  So you need to have a trade that is desirable...you can't just be a waitress....that is a job that is highly prized here.

  6. Thor - please listen to Charlie..............She is correct.

  7. You cannot legally work in Mexico without an FM3 visa with a work permit.  The only way to get a work permit is to find an employer who will hire you and write a letter to immigration stating that he cannot find a Mexican citizen for that job. He must sponsor your work visa.  This is very hard to do. This means you need to be highly educated and have a rare skill...and no employer is going to do this for a few months work.  There are very few jobs in Mexico...and the few there are pay no more than $10.00 a day unless you are a politician.  If you wish to attend university in Mexico, you need to apply for a student visa through the nearest Mexican consulate.
