best bet for you would be to go to a play it again store and browse through there used clubs. this will give u a chance to get a good quality club for cheap. and since u are new at golf look for over sized clubs with a large cavity back. this will make them easier to him

don't spend much money, you'll outgrow whatever you choose by next year.  If I were you I'd find a custom club maker which are usually far less expensive then what you would buy in a golf club house and get measured for a 1 wood, 5 wood and maybe a 7 wood, also a 4 iron, 7 iron and 9 iron and a sand wedge.  Any cheap putter will do.
